Staff Member User
If you are a staff member working for our Clients, we will collect your Account information to provide you with access to the Services, which will enable you to interact with our Guest Service Users.
Guest Service User

We may also collect your reservation details, including but not limited to, your check-in dates, loyalty member information and room number. We may collect such information via our Client’s Property Management System or from the reservation platform from which you made your reservation or from you when you directly provide it to us.
